Drywood termites can be found in one or more areas of a home. The Termite Inspector will be able to determine if your home qualifies for what is known as a “Local Treat.” This is where we treat an area or areas of the home with a termiticide directly into the wood members where there is an active termite infestation. The treatment comes with a one year warranty.

Subterranean Termites are found in the soil around the foundation of your home. These wood destroying pests make what is known as “mud tubes” that act as private tunnels to travel throughout your home. Our Sub-Jobs include trenching around your home, drilling where there is concrete, and injecting termiticide directly at the source to target the colony. This treatment comes with a two year warranty.

Fumigations or better known as ”tenting” is the most effective treatment for termites. There are preparations for this service. Our company will help you navigate through each requirement. Fumigations for termites, require you to vacate your home for 3 days. If you are considering a fumigation, contact us for a list of preparations, quote, and any additional concerns. 

Fungus Damaged Wood or Dryrot can occur when the wood members of your home is exposed to excessive moisture. We test the integrity of the wood around the home during termite inspections and offer recommendations if the wood needs to replaced or can be repaired.
